I was looking up at the sky. The yellow sun glaring down on me.I walked into the house. My mother was watching the news.I sat down beside her. ‘Another heat wave,’ they said.I groaned another heatwave. That was the fourth time this Summer. I reluctantly got off the sofa.A walk I thought would do me good.As I was walking through the forest I heard a sound. It sounded like a scream muffled by hands.I knew I should turn around however curiosity got the better of me and I walked to where the scream came from. What I discovered was remarkable. It seemed the sound was coming from a derelict cottage. I gingerly pushed open the door and a fist came lunging at me and that’s all I remember.
